Frugal Friday: Outerwear, Bagels and Business Cards

iStock_000019103884SmallOctober is said to be a down month for deals, with most retailers focusing on Black Friday and December instead. But we’re still managing to scrounge up some offers — and after all, there are some purchases that just can’t wait. Here’s where you’ll save this weekend:

H&M. We rarely see discounts and sales from this retailer, most likely because the clothes here are already low-priced. But thanks to RetailMeNot, we can bring you this coupon for 20% off one item, through October 20. You can print or text it to yourself to use in-store, or use the code 0945 online. H&M’s online store is relatively new, so this is a good chance to try it out.

White House Black Market. Buy one sweater and get a second half-off. The deal says it is ongoing “while supplies last.”

Vistaprint. New customers get 25% off site wide, plus free shipping on orders over $50. It’s a good deal if you’re in need of new business cards or want to get a leg up on holiday cards.

Einstein Bros. Bagels. EatDrinkDeals advertised this promotion, in which Einstein Bros. is offering customers a baker’s dozen — that’s 13 bagels and two “shmears” — that’s cream cheese — for $9.99. It’s a savings of $4.50 and it’s good through October 29.

Eddie Bauer. 20% off your purchase, plus free shipping and returns when you buy outerwear. That means the discount is good on everything in your cart. The deal is running through October 27 and you’ll need to enter GUST at checkout.
